We need the following information: 1) Name of organization or church, 2) Name and email address, 3) Your position - e.g., Pastor, Elder, Deacon, Sunday school teacher?, 4) Country, and 5) Number of students expected.

The tests and answers are found in "Tests and Test Answers for Offline Study" (In this same section of "Resources for Offline Study").
