INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUIRED ADDITIONAL READING ASSIGNMENT 3

For this assignment, the student should read the letter to Philemon in his Bible, and Calvin's Commentary on the same letter.

Find the link for the PDF file of Calvin's Commentary in the "REQUIRED TEXTS" section of this lesson. The file includes his commentaries on 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus and Philemon. You just need to read the section on Philemon (pages 288-299).

Use the study guide to help assimilate the contents of the reading. This guide is found in the "General Resources to Download for the Course".
