This course is the culmination of the series of pastoral formation courses, and its objective is to give an overview of what the students will need for the ministry. It does not pretend to review everything, but to summarize important elements and orient the students for their ongoing training. There are three aspects of the course: a) Mind: Review the essentials of studies in Bible, theology, and church history, b) Heart: Reflect on the call, character, and spiritual maturity expected of a pastor or leader in the church, and c) Hands: Write a ministry project, which includes summaries of the most important things that the student has learned in all the courses of this series, how he or she hopes to apply the teachings, and plans for a special ministry project.
