2. Watch the video content for week 1. You may want to watch these several times and take notes to prepare for the quiz.
3. Take Quiz 1, following the instructions in the quiz description.
4. Read the assigned reading.
5. Post a responses and comments in the discussion forum as directed in the forum instructions.
6. Complete Spiritual Formation Exercise 1 following the instructions in the activity description.
