This means you can browse through the course, watch the videos, listen to the audios, and view some documents. However, you will not be able to enroll in the courses, access exams or see supplemental materials until you create a student account.

Your student Dashboard shows information about your active course enrollments as well as other information.

Having created a student account (registration) does not automatically enroll you in any specific course. You are not registered for a particular course until you (1) enter the course content and (2) click on the Administration | Enroll me in this course link. Once enrolled in a course, you can see all the readings and supplemental activities, as well as take exams when you are ready.
