MAKING BIBLICAL DECISIONS 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LESSON 6: THE SITUATIONAL PERSPECTIVE; PURSUING OUR GOAL


Preparation

Access the lecture for this lesson, either in the form of video, audio file, or manuscript. You should have already downloaded the study guides for the whole course.


This lesson is divided into three major sections:

1) Circumstances of the Kingdom
2) Life in the Kingdom
3) Program of the Kingdom


Goals and Objectives

GOALS

In this lesson, we would like to accomplish the following:

1. We hope you will make use of all the resources and activities of the lesson to understand key biblical teachings regarding the meaning and importance of the kingdom of God.

2. We hope you will become more committed to glorifying God by establishing His kingdom.

3. We hope you make some changes in your life as a response to the teachings of this lesson, especially that your goal in making ethical decisions will be to glorify God by establishing His kingdom.

OBJECTIVES

When you have done the following, it will show that the goals are met:

1. Obtain satisfactory grades on the tests, demonstrating that you can identify the meaning of creation ordinances, the cultural mandate, the protoevangelion, and the Great Commission, and that you can identify how these themes relate to the kingdom of God.

2. Answer the application questions in the study guides, expressing your sentiments regarding the kingdom of God, and showing that your goal in making ethical decisions is to glorify God by establishing His kingdom.

SECTION 1

1. Study the first section of the lesson.  

Remember: You can study the lesson by watching the video, listening to the audio, or reading the manuscript.

2. Use Study Guide 6.1 to assimilate the teaching. Use the outline for taking notes, answer the review questions, and answer the application questions.   

3. Take Quiz 6.1.

SECTION 2

1. Study section 2 of the lesson, using Study Guide 6.2. 

2. Take Quiz 6.2.

SECTION 3

1. Study section 3 of the lesson, using Study Guide 6.3.

2. Take Quiz 6.3. 

REVIEW

1. Review all the study guides of the lesson, preparing for the test on the whole lesson. 

2. Take the Cumulative Test.
